Today I went to Ruby J's house to follow up on plans to publish a bound collection of the best essays from her late husband's almanac, the Waterman & Hill-Traveler's Companion. Afterwards, the Church of the Good Shepherd, where I spoke to Rev. Kim Magwire and snapped some photos.

Sunday 2

This week I didn't attend church, but rode my bicycle south of town to Lucky's place for coffee and advice about movie script on diet and spirituality.

I need a new collaborator. Someone to travel with each Sunday morning. It can be done alone, but not as much fun.

The list of churches compiled years ago should be revised. The letter to the pastors written 9 years ago still works, though. The original material was compiled on an old Macintosh, in storage. Will try to have it located by next Sunday.

It's been a while since I last attended church to photograph and document the people and places for a coffee table book about Southern Illinois churches. Not sure which one this week. Maybe one in Jackson County.
